Banks and retailers increase market competition.

The major banks are experiencing significant losses at the beginning of trading. Banco do Brasil is down by 1.21%, Bradesco has dropped by 1.33%, Itaú Unibanco is experiencing a loss of 1.34%, and Santander has retreated by 1.23%.

In the retail sector, there is a significant overall decrease in stock values. Magazine Luiza’s shares drop by 1.92%, Stores Renner experiences a loss of 1.63%, Vivara sees a decline of 1.97%, C&A’s stock falls by 1.58%, Azzas 2154’s shares decrease by 1.45%, and Auren/AUAU3’s stock retreats by 1.23%.

Assaí experiences a decrease of 1.49% and GPA sees a drop of 1.73% in the supermarket industry.

Refrigerators also began the day with Minerva dropping by 2.96% and Marfrig declining by 1.33%.

Braskem (BRKM5) increases by 1.42% to R$ 6.45, and Blue goes up by 0.39%.
